As a child, I never thought of myself as creative. I was quiet and reserved, never seeking to be the center of attention. In 2019, I started quilting on a whim and it completely changed my own perception of myself. I had finally found a passion to dive into. This revelation coincided with my own coming out story, so for me sewing and living authentically go hand in hand.
